Sixteen Spanish courts accept Lleida.net Registered Email a

s ADR proof

MADRID, 13 October – Lleida.net’s Registered Email has been accepted as evidence in 42 final rulings handed down by 16 Spanish Provincial Courts.

The rulings, issued between October 2025 and September 2026, show that the listed technology services firm’s (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN) Registered email has begun to be widely adopted as a way of proving the attempt at prior negotiation that the law requires before a claim is filed.

Under Organic Law 1/2025, in force since 3 April 2025, claimants in civil and commercial cases must prove they have attempted prior negotiation, known as ADR, or MASC in Spain , before filing suit. Without that proof, courts can throw out a claim without hearing its merits. Around 3.5 million court proceedings a year in Spain are affected.

Each message sent generates a certificate confirming the identity of the sender and the recipient, the date and time of sending and receipt, and the content and attachments.

Sisco Sapena, chief executive of Lleida.net, said: “ADR has made Registered communication a mandatory step before any civil lawsuit, and it will be the cornerstone of the company’s growth.”

The company ended June with 12,545 active customers, the highest in its history, and signed up 791 new customers that month, a monthly record.
