Lleida.net takes legal certainty to Expo Relación Cliente,

Madrid

Madrid 7 October.- Lleida.net (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN) is presenting a suite of solutions designed to bring legal certainty to every customer interaction at Expo Relación Cliente 2026.

The technology services company is exhibiting on stand 56 at the event, Spain's benchmark gathering for customer experience, contact centre and artificial intelligence professionals. Organised by IFAES at Kinépolis Ciudad de la Imagen in Madrid, it brings together leading companies in the sector to discuss the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the relationship between businesses and their customers.

"Serving customers well isn't enough, you have to be able to prove it," said Sisco Sapena, chief executive and founder of Lleida.net.

AI takes centre stage at this year's edition, at a time of profound regulatory change for customer service. With less than three months to go until the adaptation period for Law 10/2025 on Customer Service (Ley SAC) ends on 28 December 2026, companies must also comply with the GDPR and Spain's data protection law (LOPDGDD), the EU's AI Act and eIDAS 2.0, among other regulations.

Lleida.net's solutions cover the entire lifecycle of customer communications through secure digital services, backed by legal compliance and an optimised user experience.

On the communications front, Lleida.net is showcasing verified SMS sender ID and RCS messaging, alongside its Registered Call solution. It is also presenting a new, easy-to-deploy tool for collecting informed consent to be contacted, which relies on electronic signature via SMS, email and even WhatsApp.

In digital identity and fraud prevention, the company is displaying its digital certificates and its integration with the European Digital Identity Wallet, both of which are aligned with eIDAS 2.0 . It is also demonstrating how it applies intelligence to identity verification and uses AI to detect fraud.

"Companies are adopting AI and new channels in their dealings with customers, at the same time as they face increasingly demanding regulation," Sapena said.

"Our goal is to make every interaction, from the moment a customer confirms their identity to when they give consent, sign or receive a communication, secure, simple for the user and provable. Legal certainty has become a competitive advantage."

Taking part in Expo Relación Cliente underlines Lleida.net's commitment to helping customer service and contact centre businesses adapt to new regulatory and security requirements.

Lleida.net is one of Europe's leading providers of registered notification, electronic contracting and digital signature services. The company holds more than 300 patents in over 60 countries and is listed on BME Growth (Madrid), Euronext Growth (Paris), and on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart exchanges.
